Adults have been collected from 17 June to 21 July.
Very similar to C. glauca; distinguished externally by the sparsely punctured and shiny antennal articles. Length is between 8 and 11 mm.
Mountains from Waterton to Banff. In North America, recorded from British Columbia, Alberta and Idaho.
