 identification This species is green and ovate in shape. The anterolateral margins of the species are not reflexed. C. viridicata has a basally green scutellum with a yellow apical half. The costal margin of the corium is also yellowish. The rostrum is relatively long reaching to the 3rd abdominal sternum when at rest (Thomas 1983). Length 8-9 mm.
